Advertising Week New York is proud to open nominations for the 2025 Future is Female Awards—a celebration of women and allies who are redefining leadership across marketing, media, and culture.
Now in its sixth year, this unique program was created to spotlight rising stars who are making bold moves and meaningful impact both inside their organizations and beyond. It’s not about titles or tenure it’s about recognizing the power of fresh ideas, fearless innovation and unwavering drive.
We’re calling on the industry to help us identify these change-makers. Nominations are open to colleagues, peers, mentors and friends—and yes, self-nominations are always encouraged. A panel of past honorees and industry experts will carefully select the 2025 winners based on leadership, innovation, community impact, mentorship and future potential.
There are no entry fees, no age or gender limits, and no boundaries. Whether you're nominating someone established or emerging, we want to hear about the women and allies who are shaping the future of our industry.
All entries must be submitted online. We will not be accepting hard copies of entries.

Once you create a login, you can begin uploading your entry info. You can save it and return later to finish the process if necessary. To access the entry form, you must first create a login. Once you create a login, you will arrive at part one of the entry form — the rules page. You must certify that you have read and understood the rules document before you move on to the entry form.
